Goodman Games with Wizards of the Coast have reworked the rules of two classic adventures written by Gary Gygax and Frank Mentzer. The Village of Hommlet (1979) and The Temple of Elemental Evil (1985) originate from the early days of Dungeons & Dragons and take place in the World of Greyhawk.
The set contains both books filled with maps and illustrations from the original 1st Edition adventures as well as new challenges and additions built upon the original locations, people and creatures. Everything within the book has been updated to fit the 5th Edition rules and is ready to deliver the iconic oldschool adventure.
Adventures bring heroes to the quiet town of Hommlet, which fell into the clutches of evil years back. The nearby Temple of Evil which was once considered conquered, might not be as empty as one might hope. On the roads surrounding the town, there have been numerous sightings of bandits and a lurking evil can be heard in the dark. Adventurers who consider themselves brave enough will explore a series of challenges with a classic D&D feel.
Adventure is for characters level 1-7.
